I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineer (BSME) and have 15 year experiences with consumer products. My expertise and skills are in design for Manufactability (DFM). I am familiar with full development of product life cycles including front-end business aspect, technical innovation, engineering development, and product transfer from DVT to MVT to Pilot run to high volume manufacturing, domestic and off-shore.
Hands-on experiences with designing machined part, sheet metal, molding, product packaging, tooling, fixture, and manufacturing process. Technical experiences are in MEMS technologies, Mechanisms design, Pneumatics setting, Opto-mechanics, Electro-mechanical, semi-Automation and Visual inspecting tools.
Proficient with Pro/Engineer and SolidWorks. My work includes large assembly, detailed drawing, GD&T & mechanical system analysis, manufacturing process and procedures, technical training and marketing documentation support.
