      Qualification:

• Hold BSME degree and 16 years experience with consumer products.
• Expertise and skills are in design for Manufactability (DFM).
  
• Hands-on experiences with machined part, sheet metal, mold design, product packaging, tooling, fixture and manufacturing process.
  
• Technical experiences with MEMS technologies, Mechanisms design, Pneumatics setup, Opto-mechanics, Electro-mechanical, semi-Automation and Commercial tools and equipments.
• Proficient with Pro/Engineer and SolidWorks. My work includes large assembly, detailed drawing, GD&T & mechanical system analysis, manufacturing process & procedure, technical training and marketing documentation support.
  
• Have working knowledge of ECR/ECO processes, documentation systems, vendor handling, ANSI/ISO drawing standards, ASME Y14.5M, ISO 9001, ISO14000 and Lean Manufacturing. Computer literate with IT experience with windows, Pro/Intralink and Agile system.
