Fun Team-Building Workshop

This workshop has been designed and facilitated by Chef Phant (Pon) Worakul, a former Mechanical Design Engineer form Nortel Networks, and mentored and coached by Bill Hanson, a former Management Consultant with Cloverdale Corp.

Participants will be asked to do the tasks they are not familiar with. The leadership role and the team members are interchanged. Getting a job done, as a team is essential for this cooking workshop.
Format: Upon arrival, enjoy a complementary sample from Thai Essence. Session begins with a briefing about goals of the session. Followed by a brief introduction and presentation on aspects of Thai foods by chef Phant (Pon). Sample an appetizer from chef Phant (Pon)’s demo and continue with hands-on of 4 basic Thai dishes in session I and II. Menu is designed specifically for Fun Team Building. All participants not only learn basic Thai cooking, but also have a chance to interact and work together as a team. Session ends with wrap up & review of the outcome, and enjoy a complementary dessert from Chef Phant (Pon)
