Open condiments are not returnable.

Cookbook are not returnable after 7 working days.

Broken sealed on CD must be in a factory sealed container for a refund. Cookbook must be in the good condition no marked or torn. You are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for a full 5 days from your date of shipment.

Included with the item(s) you would be returning please enclose your invoice that you received with your order and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).

Once your return has been received we will contact you by email to let you know that we have received your package and refunded your credit card. Please allow 3-4 business days for any refunds to post to your account.

Cancellations/Returns-Restocking fees:
After an order is placed if it is cancelled for any reason there is a 12% cancellation charge.
Product returns are charged a 12% restocking fee.
