Home style Thai cooking lessons are designed for whomever wants to learn how to cook by himself or herself. Materials are designed for educating individuals about Thai food and how to cook them with the right ingredients, cooking techniques, taste, aroma, as well as presentation in less time.

We will discuss available ingredients as well as import/export goods including store locations. Participants will experience a 20 minute presentation on how ingredients can influence each dish. Why you need to know the composition of Thai food and what makes each dish unique. What are the cooking techniques, terms, and vocabulary for the individual dish and what are the expectations in the taste of each dish. The participants will learn how to select a complete set meal for their elegant Home Style Thai Cooking dinner party.

            For cooking demonstration, participants will not only see how to prepare materials and ingredients for cooking each dish but also participate in the demonstrations on how to cook and taste each dish.

            For hands-on cooking , participants have the option of spending time with the chef shopping for the ingredients and materials for the dishes that we will be cooked. Participants will learn how to prepare materials and ingredients for cooking each dish and cook and taste each dish. Participants will also learn how to bring out the flavor and aroma as well as consistency in meat, poultry, or seafood.

            A minimum requirement of 20 persons for demonstration classes with lunch or dinner, cooking with the chef with lunch or dinner 4-8 persons per class, and 4 persons minimum for one plate meal classes with lunch or dinner. Classes take place at your location or arranged cooking location except cooking demonstrations. Recipes and course materials are provided. There will be an additional cost for seafood or other exotic items. Vegetarian meal sets are also offered. A twenty five percent deposit is required for all courses, non refundable, balance due at the end of the class. Catering is available
